- Animal Element ships via USPS Priority Mail, Fedex or UPS. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order is ready to ship. It way take 24 hours or more for your tracking number to show up in the database of the shipping carrier.

- Your name, address, phone number, email and credit card information is not sold or provided to any 3rd party companies expect for purposes directly related to fulfilling your order.
- Returns & Replacements
- Unopened packages may be returned within 30 days with prior approval. Email us at sales@animalelement.com or call 877-338-6977 for approval.

- Orders may be placed on the website, by calling us at 877-338-6977 or through one of our independent dealers. Any questions on orders placed directly with one of our independent dealers should be taken up with that dealer.
